Completion of this training will qualify participants as accredited SP5® Job Evaluation Users.

By registering for this training, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

· Your accreditation will entitle you to use the SP5® Job Evaluation methodology (Methodology) for the organisation you are currently employed or engaged by at the time of your accreditation (Organisation). You must not use the Methodology except for the business or operational purposes of the Organisation (Purpose). Upon your accreditation, we grant to you a limited licence to use the Methodology solely for the Purpose.

· If we provide any materials or manuals to you in the course of your training (SP5® Materials), you may only use the SP5® Materials for the Purpose. Upon your accreditation, we grant to you a limited licence to use the SP5® Materials solely for the Purpose. You must not copy, reproduce or distribute the SP5® Materials for any reason. In particular, you must not copy or upload any part of the Methodology or the SP5® Materials or any recording or dictation of any training provided by us (whether online or otherwise) into any generative artificial intelligence tool or chatbot (such as ChatGPT) for any reason, or use the Methodology or SP5® Materials or any such recording or dictation for any other machine learning or artificial intelligence purposes.

· The limited licences granted to you under these terms and conditions are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. These licences will immediately terminate if you cease to be employed or engaged by the Organisation. We may also terminate these licences with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms and conditions.

· Upon termination of the licences granted to you under these terms and conditions, you must cease all use of the Methodology, and as requested by us, either destroy or return to us all SP5® Materials we have provided to you, and you must not use the Methodology or any of the SP5® Materials again in the future. In particular, any use by you of the Methodology or the SP5® Materials in any consulting business following the termination of your licences is expressly prohibited.

· You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in the Methodology, and the SP5® Materials we provide to you, are owned by Strategic Pay Limited or its licensors.
