Natasha Stone
Manager Data & Analytics
Natasha first joined the Data & Analytics team in 2011 and was responsible for a wide survey portfolio across the public and private sectors, which included Local Government, Pharmaceutical Industry and CEO & Senior Executives along with other specific industry sectors. In 2014 she was promoted to Senior Data Analyst.
In 2017, Natasha left Strategic Pay and joined Housing New Zealand as a Senior Planning Analyst. There she was responsible for providing analysis for multiple planned programmes within the maintenance and upgrades department. She was also involved in the co-ordination and planning of the annual budget within her department.
In June 2018 she returned to manage the Strategic Pay Data & Analytics team, bringing her strong background in Remuneration and analysis to provide high level insights and data solutions to support both clients and our team of Consultants.
