Michelle leads our Reward Consulting practice with an aim to make all things about pay and performance easy for employees, management and boards.
Specialising in remuneration management since 2003, Michelle has been consulting with Strategic Pay since 2012. In this time, she has led local and global HR initiatives for multinationals, including global mobility. Her governance experience is in commercial and not for profit organisations.
Michelle will ensure your requirements are well defined, and that solutions really add value through the collective expertise of our consultants located across New Zealand. High importance is placed on maintaining positive workplace relations during projects.
Michelle is happiest in the water and on the snow, with her family and friends.
