Melika joined Strategic Pay in 2024, bringing a diverse and extensive background as a well-rounded HR professional. She has gained valuable international experience working in dynamic environments across London, Madrid, and Amsterdam, where she honed her skills in various HR disciplines. In New Zealand, Melika has further enriched her expertise through roles at the University of Auckland, Fletcher Building, and ONE NZ. Her background encompasses talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Melika holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Exeter, UK and a Master of Science in Social Cognition from University College London, UK. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
