Megan Clark

Megan is a Senior Consultant with Strategic Pay and has 20 years’ experience in the human resources and remuneration landscape.

Before joining Strategic Pay, Megan most recently worked at EY supporting clients with strategy and transaction execution. Prior to this, she spent nearly 18 years working for Chevron in London in corporate Human Resources roles including strategy and planning and total rewards. Megan’s experience includes benchmarking and job sizing, survey development and analysis, redesign of performance assessment and salary administration systems and processes, and working with business leaders to better align program delivery with reward philosophy to achieve business objectives.
