Ben has had 20 years of practical experience across a range of client focused organisations. In his leadership capacity, he has been responsible for developing and motivating high performing teams, providing him with a strong working knowledge of varying performance and reward systems.
Most recently he has been in the recruitment space, predominantly delivering senior and technical roles to the Engineering and Construction sector. In this role, he worked closely with clients across both Public and Private sector, engaging with them from end to end recruitment, consulting on market dynamics, and providing guidance with remuneration package structure and attraction strategies.
Ben is a graduate of the University of Canterbury and Christchurch born and bred. He knows the region and its organisations. He is passionate about taking the time to develop a true understanding of his client’s organisation and culture to ensure that the best possible recommendations are provided to most effectively deliver positive business results.
