We’re pleased to announce the publication of the 2023 NZ Benchmark Remuneration Report, covering remuneration data from 227,772 incumbents from 569 Organisations.
Some insights found in the report include:
- Administration and Support (85%), Health (82%), Human Resources (78%) and Information Management (77%) are functions dominated by female employees.
- Manufacturing Operations remains the highest tenure by job function with an average of around 12.3 years, and Marketing and Communications remains the lowest tenure with an average of around 5.7 years.
- Female employees in Middle Management positions have increased to 47% in 2023, compared to 42% in 2022.
- 74% of employees are provided with 20 days’ annual leave, a slight increase from 72% in 2022.
