HR Practitioners, Line Managers and remuneration committee members in organisations using the SP10 Job Evaluation System
This course is only open to organisations that are users of the Strategic Pay SP10 Job Evaluation methodology. It is not available to third parties or independent HR consultants without prior approval.
You'll leave with
A formal accreditation in the Strategic Pay SP10 Job Evaluation System, valid for three years
(following completion of post-workshop assessment)
A SP10 Job Evaluation Manual
Dates and Locations
For our online training, we split the two day training over
4 sessions over 4 days or 4 sessions over 3 days
. There will be morning tea and afternoon tea breaks within each session.
