Changes in the Strategic Pay Leadership Team

The last couple of months have seen some big changes at Strategic Pay, with the addition of two new members to our Leadership Team. Erica Lossie joins us as the Manager Business Services in Auckland and Michelle Lincoln has been promoted to Manager Central Consulting in Wellington.

John Ellen, who joined the business in 2009, has been the Manager of the Central Consulting team based in Wellington for 4 years and is now stepping down from his leadership role to enjoy a better work/life balance. He will remain part of the Central Consulting Team as a Principal Consultant and retain his seat on the Board. We thank John for his leadership and wisdom over many years and hope he enjoys more time outside of work.  Michelle Lincoln, who has been with Strategic Pay for over 10 years, steps up to lead our experienced team of Wellington Reward Consultants.  We have every confidence that Michelle will thrive in this new role and continue to service the many clients she has built strong relationships with.

Catherine Burrell our outgoing Business Services Manager has been with Strategic Pay for 14 years and is leaving the business in 2019 to start a family.  We wish Catherine all the very best with this new challenge and acknowledge the many years of contribution she has made to many facets of the business. Erica Lossie joins us from VOYCE РWhakarongo Mai where she was the Business Manager, bringing with her extensive experience in administration, finance, HR and marketing Рall the things we were looking for in a new Business Services Manager. We are looking forward to working with her as she brings a fresh perspective across what is an integral part of our business.
