Terms of Purchase and Confidentiality Conditions
By ordering a survey report, you are agreeing to submit your data for the applicable remuneration survey(s). The discounts apply to orders placed at the same time and will be reflected on one invoice. Regression Data Charts from the New Zealand Remuneration Report are only available for purchase if another full remuneration report (excluding Directors’ Fees) is purchased.
Further customised sub-sets of market data may be available and quoted on request. Prices above do not include GST. An invoice for your purchase will be sent on receipt of your order. The “Per Page Rate” for purchasing Benchmark Data Pages and Corporate Services & Executive Management Rem Report Roles is $160 per job code (participant rate) for most surveys, excluding Not for Profit and Wine Rem Report Roles – $100 (participant rate), and Senior Executive Remuneration Report Roles – $350 per job code (participant rate).
Please note: Pages included in the purchased bundle offer must be requested within 12 months of placing the order. Remaining pages from an existing bundle cannot be transferred to another report.
Subscriptions Conditions
*Subscribing will entitle your organisation to receive the selected report(s) annually via Rem On-Demand. Subscriptions are valid until we receive written notification of cancellation. Any cancellations must be made within 7 days prior to publication of chosen reports; a 50% charge of the report cost will apply to any cancellation received after the report / data has been distributed. To qualify for the discounted participant rate, your organisation must have provided Strategic Pay Ltd with updated remuneration data during the 12 months prior to the publication of selected report(s). Failure to do so will result in being charged the non-participant rate at date of publication.
Data Promise Conditions
Arrangement for data promised in exchange for the reserved participant rate for remuneration market data purchased – Once the extended courtesy period of 30 days has expired, our accounts department will need to raise an invoice for the difference to non-participant rate, so please be sure to submit your data within 30 days.
