- A formal accreditation in the Strategic Pay SP10 Job Evaluation System, valid for three years (following completion of post-workshop assessment)
- A SP10 Job Evaluation Manual
So helpful to have cultural competencies integrated into the factors and a system that takes account of more nuanced and modern work practices and arrangements (e.g. Scrum, Agile & Project Management).

Specialising in CEO and Senior Executive job sizing and remuneration reviews, Krista knows the importance of building strong business relationships, both internally and externally.
Craig Cameron is an experienced remuneration consultant with over 10 years’ experience in some of New Zealand’s leading integrated human resources consultancy firms.
Lyn is an experienced reward consultant with a broad range of human resource management experience in New Zealand and the United States in both the public and private sectors.
Rachel has experience in job evaluation, remuneration reviews and audit, training, Director Fees and organisational design within the Private and Public Sector.
Mickey is one of Strategic Pay’s specialists when it comes to helping clients manage the technical aspects of their reward and remuneration requirements and has over 15 years’ experience around the globe.
