You’ll leave with

  • A formal accreditation in the Strategic Pay SP10 Job Evaluation System, valid for three years (following completion of post-workshop assessment)
  • A SP10 Job Evaluation Manual

So helpful to have cultural competencies integrated into the factors and a system that takes account of more nuanced and modern work practices and arrangements (e.g. Scrum, Agile & Project Management).

General Terms:

Completion of this training will qualify participants as accredited SP10® Job Evaluation Users.

By registering for this training, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

· Your accreditation will entitle you to use the SP10® Job Evaluation methodology (Methodology) for the organisation you are currently employed or engaged by. You must not use the Methodology except for the business or operational purposes of that organisation. Upon your accreditation, we grant to you a licence to use the Methodology solely for those purposes.

· If we provide any materials or manuals to you in the course of your training, you may only use those materials or manuals for the business or operational purposes of the organisation you are currently employed or engaged by. Upon your accreditation, we grant to you a licence to use those materials or manuals solely for those purposes. You must not copy, reproduce or distribute those materials or manuals.

· The licences granted to you under these terms and conditions will be non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. Those licences will immediately terminate if you cease to be employed or engaged by your current organisation. We may also terminate those licences with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms and conditions.

· Upon termination of your licences, you must cease all use of the Methodology, and destroy or return to us all manuals or materials we have provided to you, and you will be prohibited from any future use of the Methodology or those materials or manuals. For the avoidance of doubt, any use by you of the Methodology in any consulting business following the termination of your licences is expressly prohibited.

· You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Methodology, and in any manuals or materials we provide to you, are owned by Strategic Pay Limited or its licensors.

Cancellation Terms:

10 days or more before the course: 100% refund, provided the cancellation is received by email.

Between 3-10 days before the course: 50% refund, provided the cancellation is received in writing.

Within 48 hours of the course: No refund.

Non-Attendance: If you do not attend on the day of the course, it will be considered a cancellation and a 100% course fee will apply.

Cancellation by Strategic Pay:

In the event the course/workshop is cancelled by us due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another scheduled course. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you due to the cancellation.

Course Transfer Terms:

14 days or more before the course: Transfer once to another course date at no additional cost. If a second transfer is required a 10% transfer fee applies.

Between 3-14 days before the course: 10% transfer fee applies.

Within 48 hours of the course: 20% transfer fee applies.

Additional Transfer Terms:

Transfers must be made to a currently available course with a set future date. If transferring to a course in the new financial year, any increase in fees may apply. Transfer fees must be paid by invoice or with credit card before commencing the course. The transfer fees are calculated as a percentage of the course price.

Participant Substitution:

If you are unable to attend, an appropriate replacement participant from your organisation may attend at any time before the course/workshop date. Please inform us of the replacement’s name and email before the session.

Special Consideration for Compassionate Grounds:

Cancellations or transfers on compassionate grounds (illness, injury, or bereavement) will be considered at our discretion. A medical certificate or other written evidence may be required. A 10% fee will still be charged.
