If you are no longer able to attend a workshop an appropriate replacement participant is welcome anytime before the date of the workshop. Please provide us with the replacement's name and email.

A full refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing 7 business days prior to the commencement of the workshop(s). A 50% refund will be made if a cancellation is received in writing between 3 to 7 days prior. Cancellation within 2 business days of the workshop(s) is non-refundable.

Strategic Pay Limited reserves the right to cancel a workshop(s) due to insufficient registrations. In the event of a workshop(s) being cancelled by Strategic Pay, a place on another course will be offered or a full refund will be given.
