You’ll leave with
- A formal accreditation or re-accreditation in the Strategic Pay SP10 Job Evaluation System, valid for three years (following completion of post-workshop assessment)
- A SP10 Job Evaluation Manual
So helpful to have cultural competencies integrated into the factors and a system that takes account of more nuanced and modern work practices and arrangements (e.g. Scrum, Agile & Project Management).

Christine Whelan is a skilled senior remuneration consultant, with 15 years’ experience working with New Zealand clients across various industries and sectors.
Craig Cameron is an experienced remuneration consultant with over 10 years’ experience in some of New Zealand’s leading integrated human resources consultancy firms.
Holly is an experienced practitioner in the People & Culture space. She is well versed in dealing with ambiguity and making sense of complex issues including varying employee views.
Rachel has experience in job evaluation, remuneration reviews and audit, training, Director Fees and organisational design within the Private and Public Sector.
Mike is one of Strategic Pay’s specialists when it comes to helping clients manage the technical aspects of their reward and remuneration requirements & has over 15 years experience around the globe.
Michael has extensive experience in remuneration consulting and has worked with many public and private sector organisations both in New Zealand and Australia. Michael’s principal areas of expertise are in market analysis of base and variable pay and job evaluation.
