Stephanie has over 10 years’ experience in remuneration and organisation design work. She provides a client focussed approach to reward and remuneration, with extensive experience in designing and developing reward and remuneration frameworks, remuneration reviews and audits, job design and analysis, job evaluation, and pay system structures. She brings an agile approach to design, review, and implements remuneration strategies, policies, and frameworks.
As a Senior Consultant, Stephanie works across a range of sectors and industries. She has in-depth knowledge of the Local Government sector and a passion for the Primary Industries. Stephanie has extensive experience in Executive and Board Remuneration, Remuneration Audits and Remuneration Design.
Stephanie also has experience in Organisation Design & Development projects which has led to the reshaping & alignment of numerous organisation structures. Areas of knowledge and experience include investigation, options development, organisation design, and job design.
Based in Wellington, located in the hills of Johnsonville. She has two young boys, a six-year-old who goes to Khandallah School; and the younger one attends Onslow Kindergarten, where she’s secretary for the parent lead committee. Most recently, she has taken on the role of grade co-ordinator at the Onslow Junior Football Club.
