Sarah has joined Strategic Pay with nearly 15 years’ experience in the remuneration field, with the majority of her time spent in the Public Sector.
She has extensive experience in job evaluation, remuneration analysis and managing annual remuneration reviews. She has developed multiple remuneration frameworks and policies and is an excellent job description wordsmith.
Sarah especially enjoys the technical side of remuneration. She has a love for designing, developing and implementing remuneration systems with the drive to make what can be very complex, easier to understand.
In her free time, she loves to bake, read, watch movies and go to the zoo or the park with her kids.
