Rachel joined Strategic Pay in April 2019 and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics with her undergraduate degree majoring in Economics and Psychology.
Rachel has experience in job evaluation, remuneration reviews and audit, training, Director Fees and organisational design within the Private and Public Sector. She has previous consulting experience working for Mercer HR Consulting including large scale organisational change projects with the Department of Corrections and alignment of roles across the Joint Forces of the NZDF. Rachel is also the account manager for the Hawke’s Bay.
She has also worked for Fletcher Building as an HR Administrator and spent seven years as a High School Economics teacher. Rachel loves to travel and ski, and is currently learning Spanish.
