Senior & Technical Consultant
Mike helps Strategic Pay clients manage the technical aspects of their reward and remuneration requirements. He provides support on the use of RemWise®, Strategic Pay’s remuneration management software, remuneration strategy and performance management systems, job analysis and job evaluation, remuneration modelling and procedures among other areas in a general consulting role.
Mike has worked in Human Resources roles for 10 years, starting in the Australian public sector before moving into the private sector in Europe and New Zealand.
Mike has a Bachelor of Commerce double major in International Business and Marketing from the University of Wollongong and joined Strategic Pay in 2014.
