Ivy Mendoza

Hailing from the Philippines, Ivy joined the Central Consulting Team in May 2023. Ivy is a Rewards and Remuneration management professional with over 20 years’ experience in benchmarking, salary structure development, incentive and variable pay design, flexible benefits set-up, job evaluation and performance management. She also carries experience in talent management, organizational design and managing HR Information Systems.

Ivy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. Currently, she is working towards completing her Masters in Applied Management from Otago Polytechnic Auckland International Campus.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ivy finds joy in spending quality time with her loved ones, enjoying delicious meals, watching captivating movies, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
