Elize Beukes
Consultant
Elize joined Strategic Pay in October 2022 as a consultant in the Southern Consulting team. She has spent the last 6 years working as the Human Resource Executive at a Not for Profit across payroll, recruitment and general HR. In this position, she made use of Strategic Pay products and services to align staff remuneration and reward to best practice.
Prior to moving to New Zealand, Elize worked in different industries across a number of functions and obtained a B Proc degree and an LLB in South Africa. She has also completed Te Ara Reo Māori (Level 2) from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
Elize’s experience, in combination with her passion for staff wellbeing contributes to her understanding of challenges and opportunities within the remuneration and reward space.
