Coming from a successful HR career in non-profit organisations, Cheryl joined the Strategic Pay Leadership Team in 2022 to provide holistic HR to our valued consultants, market information and support staff.
Originally from England, Cheryl brings two decades of HR experience to the role and has a genuine infectious passion for people. Ensuring Strategic Pay remains an employer of choice is what excites Cheryl, and her areas of expertise include employee wellbeing, strategic HRM and employee relations.
Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is a chartered member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
When not busy working, Cheryl can be found trying to manage her family and her lovely but completely untrained dog!
