Bhawika Naicker

Bhawika joined Strategic Pay from Fiji as a consultant in 2023 after working in the remuneration industry for the previous 8 years.

In her previous roles at KPMG Fiji and PwC, she was involved in the search for senior management roles, HR policies and practices reviews, organisational reviews, and general HR advisory services. Bhawika has extensive experience with remuneration surveys, benchmarking projects and job evaluations across the private, public, and not for profit sectors. She believes communication and trust are key and she is aiming to exceed expectations while tailoring the best solutions for her clients.

Bhawika holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management & Public Administration and Economics, and a post-graduate diploma in Management & Public Administration from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji.

In her spare time, Bhawika enjoys exploring the many hiking trails and cafés in New Zealand.
