Andrew Ritchie

Andrew joined Strategic Pay in the Manager Business Services role in early 2024 and was attracted by the focus of the company vision and mission of helping clients succeed through enhancing engagement and performance of their people. He oversees the business support functions of Finance, Marketing and legal, enabling him to add value across the business.

Andrew is member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has extensive experience in leading finance teams. His focus is on providing information that helps businesses make better decisions.

When not working, Andrew is likely to be planning his next trip to ensure he is achieving his goal of always having visited more countries than his age.
