We’re pleased to announce the publication of the 2023 Central Government Remuneration Report, covering remuneration data from 53,995 incumbents from 31 organisations.
Some insights found in the report include:
- 67% of Central Government staff surveyed receive one or more benefits in addition to base salary in 2023, a significant decrease from 87% in 2022.
- Incumbents in Information Management roles tend to stay the longest within the same organisations at an average of 12.4 years, while those in Policy and Planning stay the least at an average of 6.5 years.
- The job function with the widest gender gap is Corporate Services, with only 24% of incumbents identified as male.
- Median forecast salary increases for the coming year is 4.6%.
