Don joined Strategic Pay in 2004, initially with a focus on staff training in areas related to remuneration including job evaluation methodology, job description writing, and performance development. He consults on a wide range of remuneration-related topics including Executive and staff remuneration, remuneration systems design and modelling, linking pay and performance, incentives and Directors’ Fees. 

Don has over 20 years experience, with a career spanning HR management, consulting and training design/delivery across the mining, banking and retail sectors.
