Jay has joined Strategic Pay from a varied background ranging from Accounting, Human Resources and extensive Customer Service. Outcome-focused and with a strong interest in people, Jay uses a tailored approach to his work as he understands every client or individual has different needs and requirements. Jay’s areas of expertise are job evaluation and supporting the use of RemWise®, Strategic Pay’s remuneration management software.
In his previous role, he worked as a Transition Coordinator and provided data driven insights relating to their workforce. He also helped to build various HR processes, allowing the organisation to have a scalable onboarding process while meeting organisational requirements.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Auckland, majoring in Accounting and Taxation, and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Auckland University of Technology
