Holly Langman

Holly is an experienced practitioner in the people & culture space. She is well versed in dealing with ambiguity and making sense of complex issues including varying employee views.
Prior to joining the Strategic Pay team as a Senior Consultant, Holly spent 15 years in HR across a number of different industries, including Tertiary Education, Technology, FMCG and Professional Services. Within these roles she worked closely with Management and Senior Leadership teams, taking a practical and pragmatic approach to leading projects and processes within the remuneration and reward space. In addition to her professional experience, Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland, and a Graduate Diploma in Business (HR) from AUT University.
