This 3-3.5 hour workshop aims to help you understand the best practice for writing Positions Descriptions. A good position description is the starting point for so many of your organisation’s people processes, including but not limited to:
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Performance management
  • Reward management
  • Training and development
The position description also forms the foundation for understanding the relationship between the organisation and the employee.

Participants will gain:
  • Understanding of what a position description does and does not do
  • Develop a position description template for their organisation
  • Ability to write position descriptions that engage and inspire employees

This workshop is intended for Human Resource practitioners as well as managers involved in writing job descriptions.
