Gain a solid grounding in the whys and hows of developing a remuneration system to suit your business. 

You'll leave with an understanding of:

  • the difference between paying and rewarding people
  • differentiating between pay for jobs and pay for people
  • how to decide the best approach to managing pay within your organisation

Small to medium business owners and managers, and HR professionals wishing to understand the broad concepts of remuneration in the context of SMEs.
