Having the required skills can mean the difference between a few minutes of painless execution and a few hours of agony. 

This is a hands-on practical workshop covering some essential Excel skills needed to report on and understand market and remuneration information.

You will be required to bring in your laptop to go through training.

Areas covered include:
  • Understanding market survey data
  • Calculating employee remuneration 
  • Guidelines for the calculation, interpretation and reporting of HR data
