You’ll leave with
- A formal accreditation in the Strategic Pay SP10 Job Evaluation System, valid for three years (following completion of post-workshop assessment)
- A SP10 Job Evaluation Manual
So helpful to have cultural competencies integrated into the factors and a system that takes account of more nuanced and modern work practices and arrangements (e.g. Scrum, Agile & Project Management).

Christine Whelan is a skilled senior remuneration consultant, with 15 years’ experience working with New Zealand clients across various industries and sectors.
Craig Cameron is an experienced remuneration consultant with over 10 years’ experience in some of New Zealand’s leading integrated human resources consultancy firms.
Lyn is an experienced reward consultant with a broad range of human resource management experience in New Zealand and the United States in both the public and private sectors.
Rachel has experience in job evaluation, remuneration reviews and audit, training, Director Fees and organisational design within the Private and Public Sector.
Mike is one of Strategic Pay’s specialists when it comes to helping clients manage the technical aspects of their reward and remuneration requirements & has over 15 years experience around the globe.
Michael has extensive experience in remuneration consulting and has worked with many public and private sector organisations both in New Zealand and Australia. Michael’s principal areas of expertise are in market analysis of base and variable pay and job evaluation.
Don has over 20 years experience, with a career spanning HR management, consulting and training design/delivery across the mining, banking and retail sectors.
Dayna has spent the last 5 years in generalist Human Resources roles in local government and tertiary education. Her remuneration experience includes Job Evaluation, Benchmarking and organizational wide remuneration solutions.
Ben has had 20 years of practical experience across a range of client focused organisations. In his leadership capacity, he has been responsible for developing and motivating high performing teams, providing him with a strong working knowledge of varying performance and reward systems.
