$2,100 + GST for second and subsequent participants on same date*

*Prices effective from 1st April 2024. Courses prior to this date remain at $2,750 + GST for the first participant, and $2,000 + GST for subsequent participants.

 

You’ll leave with

  • A formal accreditation in the Strategic Pay SP10 Job Evaluation System, valid for three years (following completion of post-workshop assessment)
  • A SP10 Job Evaluation Manual

So helpful to have cultural competencies integrated into the factors and a system that takes account of more nuanced and modern work practices and arrangements (e.g. Scrum, Agile & Project Management).

General Terms:

Completion of this training will qualify participants as accredited SP10® Job Evaluation Users. The accreditation is only valid for the organisation you are currently employed. The methodology cannot be used in a consulting capacity and the IP remains the property of Strategic Pay.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy:

Payment is due prior to the workshop(s) date. An invoice will be sent upon receipt of a registration form. If a purchase order number is required to be stated on the invoice, please supply these details in the space provided above.

If you are no longer able to attend a workshop an appropriate replacement participant is welcome anytime before the date of the workshop. Please provide us with the replacement's name and email.

A full refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing 7 business days prior to the commencement of the workshop(s). A 50% refund will be made if a cancellation is received in writing between 3 to 7 days prior. Cancellation within 48 hours of the workshop(s) is non-refundable. Strategic Pay Ltd. reserve the right to cancel a workshop(s) due to insufficient registrations.

In the event of a workshop(s) being cancelled by Strategic Pay Ltd, a place on another course will be offered or a full refund will be given.
