General Terms:
Accredited SP10® Job Evaluation Users, having undergone the full SP10 training and the correct accreditation process may use the SP10® methodology and manual under licence within the organisation you are employed with for a period of three years, after which they must undergo refresher training. The accreditation is only valid for the organisation you are currently employed. The methodology cannot be used in a consulting capacity and the IP remains the property of Strategic Pay.
Payments Terms and Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due prior to the workshop(s) date. An invoice will be sent upon receipt of a registration form. If a purchase order number is required to be stated on the invoice, please supply these details in the space provided above. If you are no longer able to attend a workshop an appropriate replacement participant is welcome anytime before the date of the workshop. Please provide us with the replacement's name and email. A full refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing 14 days prior to the commencement of the workshop(s). Cancellation within 48 hours of the workshop(s) is non-refundable. Strategic Pay Ltd reserve the right to cancel a workshop(s) due to insufficient registrations. In the event of a workshop(s) being cancelled by Strategic Pay Ltd, a place on another course will be offered or a full refund will be given.
