2022 marks the 30th year of the annual publication of this survey, making it the longest running Directors' Fees survey in New Zealand. We are thrilled to have reached this milestone and to have informed so many organisations over the years on director fee rates.

After 18 years at 16 Kingston Street, the Strategic Pay Auckland office is making a big move! 

Our new premises will be Level 3, 22 Fanshaw Street, Auckland 1010, effective from Tuesday 15^th March 2022. We will be fully moved in and working from the new office from Friday 1st April 2022.

Today, on March 8, MindTheGap launched a Public Pay Gap Registry showing which of our 160+ largest employers are reporting their pay gaps for gender, Māori, and Pasifika. It is the first ever Public Pay Gap Registry in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The postponed 2021 RemNet Annual Conference is taking place on the 3rd & 4th of March 2022, in a Hybrid format - enabling people to attend in-person or virtually.

The past two years have been transformative to say the least, we have started to adapt to working in a world with COVID-19. The theme for this conference is 'Evolve - Thriving in a New Normal', focusing on different strategies and tools we can use to improve our new world of work.

Strategic Pay is proud to partner with MindTheGap.nz, a campaign which encourages New Zealand businesses to identify their gender and ethnicity pay gaps and start publicly reporting them.
