Strategic Pay's Gender Pay Gap

We are a small organisation with a headcount of less than 50, however we believe transparency with regards to pay gaps is important and have elected to report on our own pay gap to support the MindTheGap campaign.

As at 4th March 2022, Strategic Pay had a headcount of 43 staff, 35% of our employees are Male and 65% are Female. Our overall median pay gap is -1.2% showing that we have a slight pay gap in favour of Females.
