Stephanie joined Strategic Pay in January 2010 having completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Criminology at Victoria University.

Prior to joining Strategic Pay Stephanie worked within the fast moving consumer goods and the hospitality industries. Since joining Strategic Pay Stephanie has worked with a range of clients spanning both the public and private sectors. Her experience at Strategic Pay covers both the remuneration and performance improvement consulting business units.

Stephanie provides a client focussed approach to reward and remuneration, with extensive experience in designing and developing reward and remuneration frameworks, job design and analysis, job evaluation, remuneration reviews and audits, and pay system structures. Stephanie is also skilled in organisation modelling and accountability identification and has been involved in numerous projects which have reshaped and realigned the organisation strategy and structure.
