Michelle Lincoln

Michelle joined Strategic Pay in July 2006.  She has worked with various organisations throughout New Zealand from all sectors. Michelle has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, majoring in marketing and management (2000), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (2004).  

Michelle started her career as an Account Manager for New Horizon’s Computer Learning Centre, where she worked with clients who attended computer training courses in Wellington.  She then worked in the Human Resource department at Victoria University. After completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Michelle became a Management Consultant for Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt) a global HR Consulting and Outsourcing company. In 2010 Michelle completed a 6 month contract as Remuneration Manager at the Ministry of Education.  During this time she managed the remuneration review process, designed IT pay bands, provided analysis of market remuneration data, worked with the employment relations advisor to provide salary data and analysis to the unions, managed the job evaluation committee and began the review of the remuneration policy.  She has also more recently completed a similar project for the Ministry of Justice.
