Marcus Hong

Technical Consultant, Auckland 

Marcus helps Strategic Pay clients manage the technical aspects of their reward and remuneration requirements, including support on the use of RemWise®, Strategic Pay’s remuneration management software. He supports senior consultants in job evaluation and remuneration strategy projects and provides data driven insights and advice.  

In his last role as Assistant Director of Finance Transformation, he delivered policy reviews, process re-engineering and system implementation for the Government of Singapore, transforming HR, Payroll and Finance solutions for 100,000< FTE. He also has experience in the construction, military, and hospitality industries. 
Marcus has a Bachelor of Commerce, double majored in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Auckland and joined Strategic Pay in 2021.
