Cathy Tucker

Consultant, Auckland 

Cathy has over 20 year’s human resources experience, including 10 years’ specialization in remuneration and total rewards work.  She has managed large job evaluation, remuneration structure and incentive plan design projects in services and manufacturing industries.  In her last role as Manager Total Rewards for a large forestry company in Canada, she managed the remuneration, payroll, HR systems, and HR metrics portfolios.  Cathy also brings operational experience, as she has held various roles in her career – from managing a large call center to leading business process improvement teams for a publishing company.    

Cathy has a Bachelor of Business Administration major in Human Resources from Simon Fraser University in Canada.  She joined Strategic Pay in 2021 after moving to New Zealand with her Kiwi husband and two young daughters.
