Consultant, WellingtonKatie joined Strategic Pay in November 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and Psychology, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Since joining Strategic Pay Katie has been involved in the following areas: Job evaluations, Reporting writing, SP10 training, and Interviews with clients. Katie has previous experience working for the Remuneration Authority as an Analyst for two and a half years. There she was involved in analysing data to assist with setting remuneration for a range of clients, including Members of Parliament, Judicial officers, Local government elected members, and a range of Independent officers and boards. |
