John is the architect of Strategic Pay’s performance improvement methodology, PLUS+, which he has mastered over the past 20 years. He has applied these methodologies in over 200 organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific spanning both the public and private sectors. 

John joined Strategic Pay in September 2009, after 25 years as a management consultant, most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mercer Human Resources. 

A classic car enthusiast, John spends his private time restoring  pieces he collects.
