New Zealand Directors’ Fees Report
This report covers the results of an annual survey of current trends and practices relating to the payment of Directors' fees in New Zealand with participation from over 200 organisations. The report contains schedules detailing quartile amounts of fees, hours and hourly rates for each class of director (Non-executive Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Director). Annual fees and total hours statistics are split by type of organisation, industry, turnover, asset size, # of employees and shareholder funds. In addition, the policy and practice section provides info on Board demographics, size of Boards, number and length of Board meetings per year and a range of additional information.
