Company Profile
From its inception in 1994, Strategic Pay has built a distinctive brand of job evaluation and remuneration services, particularly the integration of remuneration and performance systems. In 2004 the Company merged with the remuneration consulting and survey division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (briefly managed by IBM New Zealand) and has grown rapidly from that time. Strategic Pay merged with Higbee Schäffler in November 2008, to form New Zealand’s largest, full service remuneration consultancy.
Strategic Pay has a New Zealand-wide client following across the private and public sectors, in finance, retail, wholesale, transport, health, education, local and central government. In addition to its home base in Auckland, Strategic Pay provides services clients locally through its Wellington and South Island (Dunedin) offices. Strategic Pay also provides services to clients in the Cook Islands and Fiji.
